Halloween Night

Hello everyone!  Happy Halloween!

Do you have big plans tonight?  We will be taking our kids trick - or - treating in true Seattle style.  Rain.  But, I'm sure we will have a great time anyway!  Last year it dumped rain.  One of the houses in our neighborhood gave out cups of cocoa instead of candy.  That was awesome, especially because that house is about halfway through our usual route.

Today, I have a simple halloween card to share with you.

This fun z-fold card features the Halloween Night Specialty Designer Series Paper.

Whatever you are doing tonight, I hope you have a fun, and safe Halloween!

Santa Tag

Hello everyone!

Today, I'm excited to share with you a tag that I made with the Santa image from the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set.

I love making fancy tags.  I always have plans to use beautiful tags on my gifts.  But, then I'm wrapping everything last minute - and usually use no tags.  My family has adopted the tradition of each person getting their own wrapping paper so then no tags are needed.

On this little Santa, I used my Wink of Stella pen everywhere there is fur on a Santa suit.

That's all for today!

I'm Always Here for You

Hello everyone!

Today, I am sharing a card, and envelope I made for a challenge I found in a local crafting group I belong to.  Kat Scrappiness & Newton's Nook have a card challenge going for encouraging and supportive cards; in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Here is the card I made:

I featured the Flirty Flamingo Envelope Paper on my card, and then used the rest of one sheet to make a matching envelope.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great weekend!

Smoky Slate Baby Bear

Hello there!  I hope your week is going well!

Today I'm sharing a fun baby card I made recently with the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set, and punch.

For me, teddy bears make me think of babies, and kids.  So, this card came together pretty quickly.

Here is my card:

I wanted my teddy bear to have the rounded ball like, plastic feeling eyes and nose.  I added drops of Fine Tip glue, and let it dry to give it that raised, rounded effect.

Sweet Home - Halloween

Today, I'm playing along with the fun Inkpiration Challenge from SSInk.

They shared a fun halloween / fall image.  I instantly noticed the orange door.  I knew that my card needed an orange door!

Here is my card:

I had a lot of fun making this card - and as always, love playing along with the challenges at Stylin' Stampin' Inkspiration!
