SSInk Inkspiration Challenge!

Hello Everyone!

Monday means it is time for another challenge over at Stylin' Stampin' Inkspiration!  Today we have a fun Inkspiration Challenge for you.  My daughter loved the inspiration photo so much that she wants to make it her background on her phone.

I just love this gorgeous winter scene!

Here is my card:

I did a lot of sponging to make my background.  I used Soft Sky and Smoky Slate for the ground.  The sun is Daffodil Delight and Delightful Dijon.  The sky is Soft Sky.  I used post-it notes to mask off a road.  I decided to leave the road white, and not put any color on it.

Then, to make the road stand out a bit more, I decided to cover the road, and some tree branches with the Clear Wink of Stella Pen.  I <3 of="" p="" stella="" wink="">

That is all I have for you today!

Holiday Catalog - Anything But a Holiday Card

Hello everyone!

Today, some fellow demonstrators and I are having some fun with the Holiday Catalog products - but none of us are sharing holiday cards!

I have a masculine birthday card to share with you.

Here is my card:

I think that the Warmth & Cheer Designer Series Paper Stack, and the Christmas Pines Bundle can both easily be used for masculine cards.  I am always needing a masculine card, and I usually have the most trouble designing them.  I was so happy when this card came together so quickly!

Next up on our Blog Hop today is Leonie Schroder from Stamp-a-Latte.  I know that this amazing Aussie will have something great to share with you!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello December 2016 - Project Life By Stampin' Up!

Hello!  Happy Friday!  We've made it to the weekend!   I hope your week has treated you well, and that the weather is being nice to you.  Here in the Pacific Northwest we have just had our first "snow".  We have about 1 inch of snow at my house, and my kids are ecstatic.

Today, over at SSInk, we are sharing December Daily and Project Life by Stampin' Up! ideas.  I have never done a December Daily before.  But I love the idea.  I love memory keeping, but find that I have a hard time keeping up with it.  I was super excited to learn that some of the Project Life by Stampin' Up! cards are available as a digital download for the Project Life App.

I made this page on my iPad.  My sister and I attended a concert the other night.  We had a great time, and I'm so happy that I can now have this fun page printed to stick in my scrapbook to remember this night.

That is all I have to share today.  Thanks so much for stopping by!

ICS Blog Hop - Reason for the Season

It is time for our monthly Inspire, Create and Share blog hop! This month our theme is I am Dreaming of a White Christmas and we're showcasing ideas using a white on white! We hope you enjoy this beautiful hop and will become inspired to give the white on white look a try!

Making a white on white card was a bit challenging for me, but I am so happy with the result.

Here is my card:

I used my gold wink of stella pen to make my poinsettia sparkle.  I also used it around the edge of my decorative label punch.  I *love* my wink of stella pens!  It is such an easy way to add some sparkle to any project.

Next up on the hop is my best friend, Jen.  I know she has something beautiful to share!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

A Colored Christmas

Hello everyone!  Thanks for dropping by today.  I hope you are having a good week!

We are having a good week, just trying to wrap up these two weeks or so of homeschooling before we take our long winter break.

I am also in the middle of Holiday Bazaar Season.  I am on week 4 of 6 of having a bazaar each and every weekend.  I have had so much fun meeting new people!

Today, I'm sharing a colored Christmas card with you.

Here is my card:

I stamped the ornaments stamp from Jar of Cheer all around the edges of the Whisper White card stock using Soft Suede ink.  Then, I colored in the images.  I used one of the ovals from the Stitched Shapes Framelits, with Cherry Cobbler card stock for the greeting that I embossed using Versamark and Silver Embossing Powder.

I hope you enjoy this card I've shared!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
