A Colored Christmas

Hello everyone!  Thanks for dropping by today.  I hope you are having a good week!

We are having a good week, just trying to wrap up these two weeks or so of homeschooling before we take our long winter break.

I am also in the middle of Holiday Bazaar Season.  I am on week 4 of 6 of having a bazaar each and every weekend.  I have had so much fun meeting new people!

Today, I'm sharing a colored Christmas card with you.

Here is my card:

I stamped the ornaments stamp from Jar of Cheer all around the edges of the Whisper White card stock using Soft Suede ink.  Then, I colored in the images.  I used one of the ovals from the Stitched Shapes Framelits, with Cherry Cobbler card stock for the greeting that I embossed using Versamark and Silver Embossing Powder.

I hope you enjoy this card I've shared!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Affectionate Hello

Hello everyone!

How are you doing?  I hope your Monday is going well, and that you had a lovely holiday weekend!  We celebrated with my parents, my sister, and her family here at my house.  We had a great time.  After dinner, my sister and I went out shopping - a valued tradition.  I was able to score my husband's gift, with nearly a 1/3 discount!

Today I'm sharing a simple Hello card that I made.

Here is my card:

My card features the Affectionately Yours Designer Washi Tape that is on sale with the Online Extravaganza.  Did you know that today is the last day of that sale?  It is!  Also, there are some specials that are available today only.

You can see everything on sale by clicking on the image below:

Clean and Simple Christmas Pines

Hello everyone!  I hope your week is going well!  Do you have plans this week for Thanksgiving?  I will be hosting dinner at my house, and we will be joined by my sister and her family, and our parents.

Today, I'm playing along with the Paper Players Clean and Simple Christmas Challenge.

Clean & Simple cards do not come easily for me.  I have to really work to make myself let the card be, and not keep adding more.

Here is my card:

I was so happy to use the Pine Bough embossing folder that is on sale this week.   Also, don't forget that the Christmas Pines stamp set is also on sale right now, 25% off!

You can check out this embossing folder, and everything else that is on sale this week by clicking on the image below.

Styllin' Stampin' Inkspiration - Friday Favorites!

Hey everyone!

Today over at Stylin' Stampin' Inkspiration, it is time for Friday Favorites!  That means we have made it to Friday everyone!  Congrats!  Do you have plans this weekend?  I have a full weekend ahead of me.  It starts with a concert date with my hubby tonight.  Then a bazaar and a fundraiser tomorrow, and I'm teaching two card classes on Sunday.

Today, the design team and I are sharing our favorite Christmas stamp set.  There are so many great, fun, and easy to use Christmas stamp sets available that it is hard to pick just one!  I chose Peace This Christmas that is shown on page 27 of the Annual Catalog.

Here is my card:

I made a card similar to this at an event hosted by a demo friend of mine a month or so ago.  I chose to step up her card, adding some layers, and changing the stamp set.  I love the fun layers on this card - and the beautiful Holly embossing folder in the background.

Here is what is included in the stamp set.

That is all I have to share for today!
Thanks for stopping by!

Stampin' my way to Alaska!

Today, I am joining in with other demonstrators as we all stamp our way to Alaska!  I am super excited to be a part of this fun blog hop today, and I'm sure you will find many wonderful projects as you hop along with us!

Today, I'm sharing a simple z-fold card that I made.  I have used the Peace this Christmas stamp set from the Annual Catalog, along with the Peaceful Pines bundle found in the Holiday Catalog.

Here is my card:

On my card base, I stamped the pine boughs from Christmas Pines in Old Olive and Wild Wasabi.  For the pine cones, I started out with Soft Suede bases, and then used some Early Espresso for the detail.  I used the Layering Squares Framelit dies, and Gold Foil paper to really draw attention to my greeting.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  Please let me know what you think of my card, and be sure to visit, and leave some love for all of the other participants as well!
Thanks again!
