Holiday Catalog - Anything But a Holiday Card

Hello everyone!

Today, some fellow demonstrators and I are having some fun with the Holiday Catalog products - but none of us are sharing holiday cards!

I have a masculine birthday card to share with you.

Here is my card:

I think that the Warmth & Cheer Designer Series Paper Stack, and the Christmas Pines Bundle can both easily be used for masculine cards.  I am always needing a masculine card, and I usually have the most trouble designing them.  I was so happy when this card came together so quickly!

Next up on our Blog Hop today is Leonie Schroder from Stamp-a-Latte.  I know that this amazing Aussie will have something great to share with you!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Stampin' my way to Alaska!

Today, I am joining in with other demonstrators as we all stamp our way to Alaska!  I am super excited to be a part of this fun blog hop today, and I'm sure you will find many wonderful projects as you hop along with us!

Today, I'm sharing a simple z-fold card that I made.  I have used the Peace this Christmas stamp set from the Annual Catalog, along with the Peaceful Pines bundle found in the Holiday Catalog.

Here is my card:

On my card base, I stamped the pine boughs from Christmas Pines in Old Olive and Wild Wasabi.  For the pine cones, I started out with Soft Suede bases, and then used some Early Espresso for the detail.  I used the Layering Squares Framelit dies, and Gold Foil paper to really draw attention to my greeting.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!  Please let me know what you think of my card, and be sure to visit, and leave some love for all of the other participants as well!
Thanks again!

Here are the products I used on my card:

CCMC427 - Fun Sketch!

Today I decided I wanted to play along with the challenge over at Create with Connie and Mary.  They have a fun sketch challenge going on.  I enjoy seeing new card sketches that make me think outside of the box!  Here's their sketch:

I wanted to try out my new Christmas Pines stamp set, and coordinating Thinlits.  I just got these items earlier this week and haven't had a chance to use them yet.

I ended up moving my greeting a little from the sketch - but I'm super happy with my card.

I love the fun, detailed cut outs we are able to get from thinlits!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I hope you have a great weekend!
