ICS Blog Hop Giving Thanks

Welcome to November's edition of the ICS Blog Hop!

I'm so glad you stopped by!  Tonight we are all sharing Thanksgiving type projects.  I LOVE Thanksgiving.  It is absolutely my favorite holiday of the year.  I love the kindness in the air, the extra time spent with family, and all of the remembrance of things we should all be more thankful of.

I love that I get the opportunity to cook a big meal for my family, and that we get to focus on spending time with each other.

Tonight, I have a little favor box to share with you.  I am thinking about putting these little boxes at each setting this thanksgiving.  I'll include a little treat, and a list of some reasons why I am thankful for that person.

We also made these boxes at my stamp camp last weekend.  It was so fun showing the gals how to use the Gift Box Punch Board!  Have you used it yet?  You can make over 15 different size boxes, and you don't need adhesive!  To top it off - it's only $19.95!

I used the Color Me Autumn Designer Series Paper to accent the sides, and the For All things stamp set on the top.

The label framelits are attached to a Mossy Meadow belly band, so that the box is still easy to open and close.

Thanks so much for stopping by my spot on the blog hop!  Next up is Darla & Nancy!  I know they'll have something fabulous for you to see!  You can get there easily by clicking the "Next" icon below!

Have a great night!

Christmas Cheer

I just love this stamp set from the Holiday Catalog!  This set is called Christmas Cheer.   It features a nice large sized greeting,  four ornaments,  and a nice floral decorative image.

This card came together pretty fast.  Which is exactly what I needed,  for my upcoming Christmas Card Stamp-a-Stack.   There are still a few spots open if you're interested in joining us.   The class will also feature Endless Wishes, Festival of Trees, Holiday Home, & The Newborn King.  You also get to take one of these sets home that day.   Let me know if you'd like to come.  We're going to have a great time.

Thanks for stopping by!   How you have a great day!

Halloween Fun

Hello there! I hope you're having a good day!  Today I have some fun halloween treat boxes to share.   I made these treats for a fundraiser crop I attended recently.   The cross raise money for Relay for Life, and also for a local Fireman's Association.   The crops are usually held every month.   We always have such a great time!!!

I made these boxes using the Fry Box Bigz L die,  found on page 233 of the current Idea Book & Catalog.  I found my inspiration for these boxes on Pinterest.

Do you make special treats for Halloween?  I don't normally,  but these were just so fun!

Thanks for stopping by!

ICS Blog Hop Triple Time

Thanks for stopping by this month to check out our fun hop! Did you just come over from Tina's blog?  Isn't her stuff just the cutest? !?!!

This month we are all showing off the Triple Time Stamping Technique.   This technique is a great way to give your card a beautiful, polished look.   The technique is a lot easier than it looks.   These cards do use more paper than you might normally use for a card.  But,  you'll get a gorgeous, finished look.

For my card, I decided to use a smaller area for my triple time stamping.  I did this so you can see that while using the whole front of your card for this is fabulous, you can use a smaller area too!

Thanks for stopping by tonight!  I hope you enjoy the hop!

Next up on the hop is Donna!   I'm sure she'll have something great to share!

For All Things One Sheet Wonder

Welcome!  I am so glad that you have stopped by today!  Did you see all of the fabulous ideas posted in the ICS blog hop last night?  I loved them all!

Last night I shared one card, from a set of nine that I made using a One Sheet Wonder.  I haven't done a one sheet wonder in so long!  I forgot how fun they can be!

Here is the set of the whole cards:

I love the way the set looks altogether.  It was so easy to whip these cards out, and this could easily be done with any stamp set or patterned paper you have lying around!  If you put these in a cute little package, they'd make a great gift too!

Here are the cards individually:

As you can see, most of the cards are pretty simple with very little embellishments.  Here's a photo of my sheet, before I cut it up for these cards.

I was able to, basically, make my own patterned paper.  For this, I used the leaf, acorns, and wheat stamp from the stamp set.  I was chose to do each stamp in two different colors.  I started with the leaf, because it was the biggest.  I stamp the leaf in Cherry Cobbler, and Tangelo Twist.  Next I did the wheat stamp in Baked Brown Sugar, and Hello Honey.  Last, I stamped the acorns in Cajun Craze, and Mossy Meadow.

For cutting up my sheet, to make the 9 cards, I used a template I found on Pinterest.  It was designed by Mae Collins.  You can see the template here

I hope you enjoy the cards, as much as I did making them!
Thanks for stopping by!

Inspire. Create. Share. Blog Hop Fall is in the Air

Welcome to this month's edition of the ICS Blog Hop!  Can you believe that we've had this group going for a year now?  I'm so honored to be a part of this group, with such talented ladies on board!

This month is all about fall.  Fall is in the Air ladies, it's just about time to break out those cute boots, and warm scarves.

My card features the All Things Fall stamp set from the Holiday Catalog.  I LOVE the Holiday Catalog!  I'm not sure how it happens - but each catalog just keeps getting better!

My card is part of a set of nine cards that came from a One Sheet Wonder.  Come back tomorrow to see the other cards, and the template I used.

Next up on the hop is Pearl, who I am sure has made something lovely for you to see!
Thanks for stopping by!!
