Shoebox Swap Cards

Hello friends!

Did any of you watch the Super Bowl yesterday?  We did, and of course, were rooting for the Hawks!  #gohawks !!!  Obvisouly, we were a little disappointed by the outcome of the game.  But, we are still so very proud of our beloved Seahawks.  We're excited for next season, when they'll be back, stronger than ever!

Today I have a card to share with you that I made for a shoebox swap I participated in last weekend.  I hadn't used the Dotty Angles stamp set before.  I had no idea I loved it so much.  This card also features the Big On You stamp set shown on page 24 of the Occasions Catalog.

For this card, I did the dots stamp set from Dotty Angles in both Crisp Cantaloupe and Calypso Coral.  I accented the card with some Coastal Cabana sequins from the 2013/2015 In Color Sequin Assortment shown on page 208 of the Idea Book and Catalog.

Here are some of my favorite cards that I made at the event, that were designed by some friends of mine.  It was great to get so many fabulous ideas.  :)

Thanks for stopping by!
Hope you're having a great day.

ICS Blog Hop - Be Mine

Welcome to our January Hop!!  Happy New Year!  I hope the holidays were good to you, and that you were able to slow down and spend some extra time with your loved ones.  Our holidays were busy, but also very nice.  We were able to focus on some of the things we are grateful for, that we all too often take for granted.

This month our hoppers are focusing on Valentine's Day.  I can't believe it is coming up, right around the corner!

I had a lot of fun making my card for you tonight, I hope you enjoy it!

I had fun using the new "You Plus Me" stamp set from the Occasions Catalog that just went live yesterday.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Next up on our hop, is Eva!  I know she'll have something amazing to share with us, so be sure to go check it out!

ICS Blog Hop Tis the Season

Welcome to another edition of our great blog hop!  This month, we all have a fun Christmas project to share.

This month, I have a fun little gift box to share.  I made this using the amazingly awesome Gift Box Punch Board.  I love that tool!!  My favorite feature of these boxes is that you don't need adhesive to put them together.  We made this and a coordinating card at one of my November events.

I wanted to be able to attach the bow to the box, so I decided to use the box upside down.  I attached the bow to what would've been the bottom.  This made it so you can still stick goodies inside, and you don't need a belly band.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I hope you enjoyed my little project.  Are you finished with all of  your holiday crafting?  I'm not!  I am hoping to get them all finished next week.  This week there is barely time to breathe -so it'snot happening!  LOL

Next up is Tina's post!  She always has such fun things to share, I'm sure you'll love what she has this month!

Merry Christmas!!

ICS Blog Hop Giving Thanks

Welcome to November's edition of the ICS Blog Hop!

I'm so glad you stopped by!  Tonight we are all sharing Thanksgiving type projects.  I LOVE Thanksgiving.  It is absolutely my favorite holiday of the year.  I love the kindness in the air, the extra time spent with family, and all of the remembrance of things we should all be more thankful of.

I love that I get the opportunity to cook a big meal for my family, and that we get to focus on spending time with each other.

Tonight, I have a little favor box to share with you.  I am thinking about putting these little boxes at each setting this thanksgiving.  I'll include a little treat, and a list of some reasons why I am thankful for that person.

We also made these boxes at my stamp camp last weekend.  It was so fun showing the gals how to use the Gift Box Punch Board!  Have you used it yet?  You can make over 15 different size boxes, and you don't need adhesive!  To top it off - it's only $19.95!

I used the Color Me Autumn Designer Series Paper to accent the sides, and the For All things stamp set on the top.

The label framelits are attached to a Mossy Meadow belly band, so that the box is still easy to open and close.

Thanks so much for stopping by my spot on the blog hop!  Next up is Darla & Nancy!  I know they'll have something fabulous for you to see!  You can get there easily by clicking the "Next" icon below!

Have a great night!

Christmas Cheer

I just love this stamp set from the Holiday Catalog!  This set is called Christmas Cheer.   It features a nice large sized greeting,  four ornaments,  and a nice floral decorative image.

This card came together pretty fast.  Which is exactly what I needed,  for my upcoming Christmas Card Stamp-a-Stack.   There are still a few spots open if you're interested in joining us.   The class will also feature Endless Wishes, Festival of Trees, Holiday Home, & The Newborn King.  You also get to take one of these sets home that day.   Let me know if you'd like to come.  We're going to have a great time.

Thanks for stopping by!   How you have a great day!

Halloween Fun

Hello there! I hope you're having a good day!  Today I have some fun halloween treat boxes to share.   I made these treats for a fundraiser crop I attended recently.   The cross raise money for Relay for Life, and also for a local Fireman's Association.   The crops are usually held every month.   We always have such a great time!!!

I made these boxes using the Fry Box Bigz L die,  found on page 233 of the current Idea Book & Catalog.  I found my inspiration for these boxes on Pinterest.

Do you make special treats for Halloween?  I don't normally,  but these were just so fun!
